Over a twenty year career, Kelly Stockwell has executed chemical cleaning projects all across Canada (and overseas) in various facilities, including upgraders, refineries, gas plants, power plants, pulp mills, fabrication facilities, mines, hospitals and universities. He has managed projects ranging in size from $5,000 to $8.5 million.

As his career has progressed, Kelly has earned an enviable reputation for his highly proficient technical expertise, his client-centred focus on quality results, and his competence in planning and coordinating projects with a variety of stakeholders. Within the chemical cleaning industry, he is sought after for his expertise, high professional standards, and well-developed working relationships with a wide variety of clients, vendors, and service providers.  

Kelly has developed expertise specifically in the field of industrial chemical cleaning, oil flushing and vapor phase decontamination. His scope of experience also includes environmental testing, process optimization studies, QA/QC and product development, equipment operation, crew supervision, project planning and coordination, and specialty technical sales. He has held roles as a technical advisor, technical manager, and national operations manager.

The launch of Pro-Chem Consulting in 2015 gives Kelly the opportunity to branch out and offer his expertise to both industrial chemical cleaning companies and directly to the client organizations that these companies serve.
